Instructions

Step 1
Add pasta 8-12 minutes
Step 2
Large pan over a medium heat and add courgette/aubergine for 4 minutes
Step 3
Dissolve veg stock cube, dried basil, balsamic vinegar, tomato paste, 1tsp sugar. 100 boiled water
Step 4
Add chopped garlic to the pan. Add the stock and cherry tomatoes and chopped tomatoes for 3-4 minutes
Step 5
Add the pasta to the sauce to a dish and put it the oven for 5-10 minutes. Add basil to the top.
