Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, scallops, salmon, and cod.
Step 3
Add the spinach, green beans, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, and baby potatoes to the bowl.
Step 4
Add the parsley, cilantro, basil, mint, dill, chives, tarragon, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and sage to the bowl.
Step 5
Toss the ingredients together until they are evenly coated with the herbs.

Spread the mixture out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
