Shaking beef/Bò Lúc Lắc
Using my all purpose marinate. Recipe pinned on the reels section. If you don’t have it. I have the recipe from scratch below.
Recipe
Meat marinade:
•1 lbs cube cut beef ribeye (don’t cut too small)
•2-3 tablespoon oyster sauce
•1/2 tablespoons sugar
•1/2 tablespoons fish sauce (3 crabs brand)
Different brand different measurements
•1 teaspoon garlic powder
•1 teaspoons onion powder
•1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
•1 tablespoons dark soy sauce (any brand)
•1 tablespoons cooking oil
•Onion
•Sweet pepper
•Garlic
Mix well and let it marinate 30 minutes or overnight
•1 tablespoons butter
•green onion
1•Preheat pan to hot as it can get. Add oil and meat. Let it seared for a couple of minutes before flipping.. Add butter and green onion. Shake it up. How long depends on how you prefer your meat
