1. Cheesy Masala Potatoes
3 TBSP Oil
- 20-25 Par Boiled Baby Potatoes
- 1/4 TSP Turmeric
- 1 TBSP Cumin Powder
- 1 TBSP Red Chilli Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Cheese
- Mixed Herbs & Chilli Flakes
2. Sizzling Potatoes
Ingredients:
For Baking / Shallow Frying the Potatoes:
- 5 Potatoes Cut in Wedges
- 1 TBSP Oil
- Salt to taste
For the Chilli Oil:
- 1 TBSP Garlic
- 1-2 Chillies
- 1 TBSP Coriander
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 TSP Chilli Flakes
- 1 TSP Lemon Juice
- 3 TBSP Hot Oil
Method:
- Bake the potatoes in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 mins / Shallow Fry in a Pan
- Mix the baked potatoes with the sizzling Chilli Oil
- Serve with spicy mayo

4. Saucy & Spicy Potato Corn
Ingredients:
1 TBSP Butter
1 TBSP Oil
3 Potatoes Cut In Cubes
1 Cup Boiled Corn
1 TSP Red Chilli Powder
1 TSP Jeera Powder
Salt To Taste
1 to 2 TBSP Ketchup
1/2 Cup Cheese
2 TBSP Spring Onion
Method:
-In a pan, heat oil and butter. Add potato cubes and saute until its cooked well and crunchy (5 to 6 minutes)
-Add the boiled corn, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
-Add the spices and ketchup and mix well
-Top with Cheese and Spring onion greens
