Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°. Chop artichoke hearts.

In skillet over low heat melt butter until white foam forms, then add garlic.

Make a roux by sprinkling in flour while continously stirring for about two minutes.

Slowly add milk while continuously stirring.
Step 5
When completely combined, add parmesan cheese, stiring and simmering until you have a thick sauce.

Add artichoke hearts and let simmer until mixture is evenly hot.
Step 7
Fold in spinach and remove from heat.
Step 8
Pour spinach artichoke mixture into a baking pan, then top with chicken
Step 9
Cover and bake for 30-45 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
