Not only is this chicken so juicy but the veggies under neath take up all the juices that pour down from the chicken too and the top ones are nice and crispy. Everyone loves this and always asks for seconds not to mention cleanup is so much easier

Step 1
In a small bowl mix salt white pepper black pepper garlic powder onion powder paprika cayenne oregano and I know I said chicken seasoning but if you have Greek gyros seasoning try that as its very good so either that or chicken seasoning . Add 3 tbsp of olive oil and mix the. Pour this all over the chicken and be sure to get into all the crevasses . Put eh chicken butt aide down on a Bundt pan then bake in the oven at 200 c/ 400 f for 30 minutes

Step 2
While the chicken is roasting par boil or steam some chopped potatoes and carrots ( alternatively use what veggies you like personally ) . I cook about 20 minutes then I let them air dry a few minutes

Take the chicken out of the oven and baste it with the juices that ran into the Bundt pan then add in the potatoes carrots sliced onion bashed garlic some more seasoning rosemary and olive oil and finish cooking in the oven . Mine took 1 hour and 20 minutes to be finished . Check the weight of your chicken . To serve I drizzle some more of the chicken juices all over its so good . Enjoy
