Creamy Pea Pasta
One of my go-to’s! Creamy, lemony, pea pasta. Few ingredients and little time, winning combo!
Ingredients:
250g pasta
200ml vegan double cream
100g peas
1/4 stock cube
1/2 an onion
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 a lemon
Splash of pasta water
Method:
Boil your pasta. Meanwhile, dice and sauté your onion for 5 minutes, add garlic and cook for another minute. Deglaze with cream, add stock cube, peas and cooked pasta along with a splash of pasta water
