Instructions

Step 1
Chopp your bell pepper, lettuce and onion
Step 2
Cut carrot into ribbons using a peeler and mix all the veggies together
Step 3
Make the sauce by combining all of the ingredients (you can add more or less water, depending on how thick you want the sauce to be)
Step 4
Pour the sauce over the salad and top with some chilli seasoned peanut
Step 5
Enjoy
