Instructions
Step 1
1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
Step 2
2. In a medium bowl, mix together 100ml of water and the pbfit powder until a smooth peanut butter is formed. Add up to 20ml extra water if you need to. Try not to use more than 120ml of water.
Step 3
3. Add the flour, baking soda and 0 calorie sweetener and mix to combine.
Step 4
4. Form 12 balls from the dough and place onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
5. Flatten the cookies with a fork to form a criss-cross indent.
Step 6
6. Bake for 8 minutes and cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before enjoying!
