In a Round or Multipurpose Steamer, add rice and water. Cook on high for 10 min. Set aside.
Step 3
While rice is cooking, stir-fry ground pork and Asian Stir Fry Seasoning in a Wok 5–7 min.
Step 4
In a small bowl, combine dressing and add to pork mixture. Add coleslaw mix and carrots and stir-fry for 5–7 min.
Step 5
Place rice in 4 serving bowls and top with pork mixture. Garnish each bowl with sliced green onion and hot sauce, if desired. Enjoy!
