Instructions

Step 1
Boil pot of salted water. Add noodles. Cook until tender, 1-2mins. Drain and rinse. Toss with a drizzle of olive oil.

Wash and dry produce. Trim and thinly slice scallions. Roughly chop cilantro. Rinse Shrimp
Step 3
Drizzle oil in very hot pan. Add shrimp, scallion whites, bok choy and Napa cabbage, carrots, and garlic powder. Cook, stirring occasionally until shrimp is cooked through and veggies softened. 4-6 minutes.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine sweet soy glaze, chili sauce, ponzu, and honey. Add to pan with noodles.
