Homemade Focaccia Pizza is the perfect recipe to make for a beginner bread maker. The dough is baked in a jelly roll pan. The recipe yields an extremely soft and tender bread, which I’m sure is due to the amount of olive oil used when making the dough. Once your dough is prepared and baked, you can start to build your pizza using whatever toppings you like best. Broil or bake the focaccia until the cheese has melted.
