Sausage and mash pie 🔥
Sausage and mash pie 🔥
this was absolutely BANGING 😮💨 guaranteed to bring smiles all around & such a comfort food dish… what’s your fav comfort food? 💭
➡️I usually stay away from sausage related dinners as they’re not very high in protein but we subbed the usual ingredients for mashed potato for Greek yoghurt and it worked a treat for a pie (I wouldn’t use it for a normal dinner) as well as topping with protein cheese
555 calories and 35g protein per portion ✅

450g potatoes
1/4 tsp mustard
90g fage fat free greek yoghurt

Tsp mixed herbs
Tsp garlic puree
Tbsp red wine vinegar
40g eatlean cheese
💗Begin by peeling the potatoes cutting them into cubes and boiling in salted water until tender when poked with a fork.
