Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F unroll one package of crescent dough across end of stoneware bar pan with longest sides of the dough across width of pan. Repeat with remaining package of dough, filling pan. Using Bakers roller, roll dough to seal seams, impressive sides to form crust. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven to cooling rack. Cool completely.
Step 2
Zest lemon to measure 1 teaspoon zest. And small bowl, combine, lemon zest, hummus, yogurt, and garlic whisk until smooth. Spread hummus mixture, evenly over crust.
Step 3
Sliced olives and chop deseeded cucumber, combine olives, cucumbers, onions, and oil and stir gently. Spoon mixture evenly over a hummus layer and sprinkle the feta cheese and basil. Cut into squares and serve.
