Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together the hummus, lemon juice, garlic powder, and maple syrup in a small bowl. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed. Thin with water (if needed) until pourable.
Step 2
Add all of the salad to a small serving bowl. Add the dressing and toss to coat.
Step 3
Leftovers keep well (separated) covered in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Multiply by the number of people for a larger salad.
