Instructions

Step 1
Cut the tofu into cubes and toss in the cornstarch. Fry in oil on a medium-high heat for around 6 minutes, constantly turning

Add kimchi, soy sauce, and agave. Cook for 1 minute
Step 3
Add spinach and cheese. Cook for 2 more minutes
Step 4
Spread some vegan mayo/hummus on the tortilla and fill
Step 5
Fry the taco for 2 mins on each side over a medium heat
