For the porridge
40goats
or oat flour
1 tablespoonground poppy seeds
1Egg
or egg white
150mlmilk
100mlwater
salt
Honey
or sweetener

Instructions
Step 1
In a pot mix blended oats or oat flour, poppy seeds, milk, water and pinch of salt.
Step 2
Cook for a while and add an egg or eggwhite (for the protein). Mix quickly into the mixture. We don't want srambled eggs.
Step 3
Add a sweetener of choice. The honey is good for the taste.
Step 4
Put into a bowl and top with a berries and nuts of choice. You can also drizzle the porridge eith a little bit of honey.
