For the porridge
40goats
150mlmilk
or plant milk
100mlwater
1 teaspoonchia
or flax seeds
1 teaspoongingerbread spice
¾ teaspooncacao
salt
1 teaspoonhoney

Instructions
Step 1
In a pot mix fine oats, chia or/and flax seeds, milk, water, spices (gingerbread and salt), cocoa and honey.
Step 2
Cook until prefered consistency.
Step 3
Put into bowl and top with fruit fresh or dried. Perfect is persimon, banana or pear for the fresh fruit and goji, dates, raisins and mulberry for the dried. That's what I tried.
Add chocolate, quark for the protein and nuts or nutt butter for taste and healthy fats.
