Instructions

Step 1
Cut turkey into 4 long pieces then use a meat mallet to flatten the meat . Season both sides with salt and pepper

In a bowl Mix salt white pepper black pepper onion powder garlic powder cayenne chili powder paprika Italian herbs and piri piri powder seasoning ( not piri sauce ) use a different spicy seasoning if you can’t get piri piri .

Step 3
Beat two eggs on a large plate add 2 tbsp water and mix then season with salt and pepper . Add flour to another plate with half of the seasoning mix and mix . Then add breadcrumbs to another plate and mix the other half of the seasoning mix

Step 4
Dip the turkey into the flour shake off the excess dip into the egg shake off the excess then coat in the spicy breadcrumbs . Fry in a pan with some oil on a medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides . Drain on paper towels and serve with your sides of choice
