Instructions

Step 1
cook the rice, if using 90sec packet cook accordingly. If you are cooking in a pot. pour as much rice as preferred then fill with water until it sits about at the first create of your middle finger. put the rice on the stove without the lid on high heat until it boils. once it reaches a boil put the lid on and turn until low-medium heat or about a 3-4 level and steam until cooked through. stirring occasionally
Step 2
defrost the frozen vegetables in the microwave and add on top of the rice
Step 3
Add the "PROTEIN" on top of the rice
Step 4
add any other left overs or veges on top
Step 5
put a sauce on top if you want
