GREEK CHICKEN SALAD: 🥗
This greek chicken salad is the perfect meal prep for the week. I like to make it on a Sunday and have lunched prepared and ready to go. I love that this dish is packed with protein and veggies and is so easy to make. I hope you love this one.

Ingredients:
Tzatziki dressing:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup Shredded Cucumbers
1 tbsp chopped Dill
1/2 lemon
3 minced garlic cloves
1/2 tsp Salt and pepper
Chicken Salad:
1 Rotisserie chicken
1/2 diced Red onion
1 cup of chopped Cherry tomatoes
1 cup Feta cheese
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 Lemon
Directions:
1. In a small bowl add your tzatziki dressing ingredients and mix well.
2. In a large bowl add your chicken salad ingredients and mix in your dressing, top with more lemon and enjoy!
