Instructions
Step 1
Drizzle the olive oil into your pan and gently fry the shallots for a few minutes until lightly golden, add in the chopped garlic and continue to cook for another minute before adding the beans along with their liquid.
Step 2
Cook down for a few minutes until the beans become creamy.
Step 3
Turn off the heat and stir in your miso paste and tahini. This will thicken the beans so add in more water as needed to reach your desired texture.
Step 4
Serve with whatever toppings you like, piled into a piece of toast or as a delicious side dish.
