Instructions

Step 1
In a food processor, blend the butterbeans, tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Step 2
If the mixture is too thick, add a little bit of water at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
Step 3
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and some fresh parsley leaves.
Step 4
Serve with pita bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks and enjoy!

Note: You can also customise the flavour by adding other ingredients such as roasted red pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, or fresh herbs like coriander or basil.
