cooked, peeled and chopped, boil for about 35 minutes or until fork tender
1 x 15 ozcan white beans
rinsed great northern or cannellini
0.5 x 15 ozcan chickpeas
rinsed
1clove garlic
minced
0.5lemon juiced
2 Tbsptahini
1 Tbspextra virgin olive oil
extra for topping
½ tspsumac
½ tspcumin
½ tspsea salt
1ice cubes

Instructions
Step 1
To make the hummus, add ingredients (except ice cubes and za’atar) to a food processor and blend until smooth, then add ice cubes or a few tbsp of cold water and blend until smooth. This makes it fluffier.
Step 2
Plate and top with watermelon radish salad, olive oil and za’atar.
