Step 1
To make the hummus, add ingredients (except ice cubes and za’atar) to a food processor and blend until smooth, then add ice cubes or a few tbsp of cold water and blend until smooth. This makes it fluffier.
Step 2
Plate and top with watermelon radish salad, olive oil and za’atar.
Step 3
Note: Sumac and za’atar can be found online or at middle eastern markets and most health food or grocery stores
