Preheat oven 180/ 160 fan
Step 2
Brush pitta breads with 1 tbsp oil and bake in the oven for 2-3 minutes until crispy, flipping them over half way through
Step 3
Add remaining oil to frying pan over medium heat fry the shallots for 3-5 minutes until soft
Step 4
Add lamb mince, garlic and cumin, season with salt and pepper. Fry for 8 minutes until browned
Step 5
Add pepper and mushrooms and fry until soft 3-5mins
Step 6
Pour out excess liquid from lamb mixture
Step 7
Brush pitta breads with tomato puree
Step 8
Coat pitta with lamb mixture, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted and pitta is crispy round the edges. Top each pitta with a tbsp of yoghurt and serve with side salad
