HIGH PROTEIN MEAL PREP CREAMY CHILLI TUSCAN CHICKEN & CRISY POTATOES 🥔 ( SAVE THE FULL RECIPE BELOW ❤️)
( 390 Cals, 42g Protein ,11g Fat, 35g Carbs per meal)
The ingredients used in this is to make one big meal prep to then portion equally into 5 servings!!
• Fridge up to 3 days or freeze up to 3 months
* Dice 600g raw diced chicken breast
* season with Tbsp chilli flakes , tbsp oregano , tbsp cumin, tbsp garlic paste & tbsp olive oil ‼️
* mix together & cook for 10 minutes on high heat 🔥
* then set aside and add:
* 20g light butter
* Tbsp garlic
* 50g Chopped onion
* 50g Tomato paste
* 150ml chicken stock
* 90g low fat cream cheeseT
* Chopped spinach
* Your cooked chicken
* Stir , let it simmer and finish with chilli flakes
* Then dice 800g raw potatoes and add:
* Tbsp garlic, tbsp oregano, tbsp black pepper, tsp salt and tbsp olive oil
* Mix and oven/air fry for 15-20 mins @ 220°C
* Add equal portions to meal prep containers !!
