Shred potatoes to make hash browns and season with salt, pepper, garlic, onion. Heat oil in a pan and cook hashbrown over medium low heat until potatoes become brown and crispy, turning occasionally using a spatula. Once those are done put a lid to keep hot set to the side. Start your eggs. You're just making basic scrambled eggs here to whatever doneness you like don forget your salt and pepper. Lastly you're gonna heat your tortilla I use the stove over the open flame you can use a skillet and heat it like 10 secs each side until hot or use the microwave for like 10 seconds at a time until hot. Then build that baby up. Cheese first, then potatoes, then eggs you can add salsa or hot sauce if you want or just roll her up and eat it like that.
