Instructions
Step 1
Chop up (with knife or chopper) 2 garlic cloves and 4 tomatoes
Step 2
Add 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and heat it up
Step 3
Add the the chopped up tomatoes and garlic cloves to the pan. If chopping with knife, cook until tomatoes are soft and then squish them
Step 4
Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp red chilli powder and cook for 3 or 4 minutes while covered
Step 5
Add 4 eggs and keep cooking until the eggs are cooked
