Instructions
Oven Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oven to 375 degrees
Step 2
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, then add the onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Mix it together.

Cook for 5 minutes in the oven, stirring once to avoid burning

Remove from the oven and stir, then add the garlic, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

Make four wells in the pan and crack an egg into each well. Place back in the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes.

Sprinkle the feta and parsley over the top, and serve.
