My husband’s favorite middle eastern breakfast dish is hands down shakshuka and not just for breakfast he’ll ask or make it him self in the middle of the night for a late night meal or for dinner.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Put a skillet on high heat add olive oil wait for the oil to get hot
Step 2
2. Then add the onion, jalapeño and sauté them for a couple of minutes
Step 3
3. Then add in the tomatoes, salt and black pepper cover with the lid and let that cook for 5 minutes
Step 4
4. Smash the tomatoes then crack the eggs on top, Sprinkle some salt on top of the eggs and cover again until the eggs are cooked to your liking, garnish with some parsley and enjoy.
