Sticky lime tofu bowl

Instructions

Step 1
-press and dice your tofu, coat in the seasons, cornflour and then oil then bake/air fry until crispy.
Step 2
-fry the minced garlic and chilli flakes until soft and fragrant then add maple syrup, lime juice, soy sauce and water then reduce to thicken, add a few tsp corn flour with water if necessary.
Step 3
-add the steamed broccoli, roasted cashews inf with the tofu then serve on top of the quinoa, garnish with sesame seeds and sriracha then enjoy x
