One Pan Baked Oatsš¤© This recipe is gluten-free & lactose-free and super easy to make! This baked oatmeal is prepped and baked in the same dish!š These baked oats are great for meal prep! Ingredients:
2 mashed bananas
3 eggs
1/4 cup peanut butter (60 ml)
3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1 1/2 cups lactose-free Greek yoghurt (360 ml)
1/2 cup almond milk (120 ml)
2 cups gluten-free oats (480 ml)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon

toppings:
1/2 cup strawberries, sliced (120 ml)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (60 ml)

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a baking pan (except the toppings)
2. Add the chocolate chips and strawberries on top
3. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for about 40 minutes
