1egg
¼ cupmaple syrup
1 tspvanilla
½ cupmilk
or almond milk
1 potgreek yoghurt
1 ½ cupoats
1 tspbaking powder
1 tspcinnamon
1 pinchsalt

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
Step 2
Grease muffin tins or use cake cases.
Step 3
1- Mash the banana in a mixing bowl.
2-Add the egg, maple syrup, vanilla, and mil to the banana and mix.
3-Add the yoghurt and mix,
4-Add the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and mix.
5-Scoop into greased muffin tins.
6-Sprinkle chopped toppings of your choice.
7-cook in the oven.
