Lava Cake Baked Oats

Follow for more high protein weight loss recipes! Prioritizing protein I day 1 of 24: lava cake baked oats (435 calories, 40g protein). WHAT YOU NEED: -½ cup rolled oats -2 scoops protein powder (can use 1, I use ) -1 egg -⅓ cup milk of choice (I use ) -1 tbsp cocoa powder -1 square dark chocolate -½ tsp baking powder HOW TO MAKE: -Blend all ingredients (but dark chocolate) together in a blender until smooth. -Pour half into greased ramekin or oven safe dish, add chocolate square and pour in remaining half. -Bake at 350 for 13-15 mins and enjoy!
