Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180c fan.
Step 2
Add the oats, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, skyr and protein powder to a blender. Blend everything until smooth.
Step 3
Place the oat mixture in an oven safe dish and dollop the biscoff spread into the centre.
Step 4
Bake for 10 minutes and then crumble the lotus biscuit on top and place back in for a further 5 minutes or until golden brown on top.
