Instructions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, mix chicken breasts with garlic salt, onion powder, smoked paprika. Add salt and pepper to taste.






Step 2
Place onto lined baking tray and bake at 190 degrees for 16 minutes.

Dice 5 large tomatoes into cubes. Dice one large onion into small pieces. Roughly chop 10g of coriander or cilantro. Add all to a bowl and lime juice (1 lime).




Step 4
Smash 2 avocados with some salt and add remaining lime juice.


Step 5
Dice up cooked chicken breasts
Step 6
Portion rice into bowls add chicken onto rice. Next place on avocado and sour cream (or natural Greek yoghurt). Top with vegetables and finish with siracha mayonnaise.
