Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the brats, stirring to sear evenly and cook about 2 min. Add in the onion (eeeew) continue cooking for 5-6 min or until onion is soft/translucent. Add in the apples, vinegar, seeds and paprika seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until apples are tender and or half the liquid is cooked down. Serve with sauerkraut.
