Step 1
Drain and rinse the chickpeas then add them to a large bowl then mash them roughly leaving some of them whole for texture
Step 2
Add the diced tomato peppers and avocado with the sliced scallions grated garlic and chopped coriander . Add the chili flakes and cumin then season to taste with salt and pepper and add vegan Mayoand lime juice . Mix that all together then add to some healthy brown bread or if you want the beetroot bun like I have on this recipe I have a recipe posted for that also . Enjoy
