Chipotle Shrimp Alfredo

Instructions

Shrimp

Step 1
In a bowl, combine 1 pound of raw shrimp, garlic salt, and paprika. Toss until shrimp are fully coated in the seasoning
Step 2
Air fry the shrimp at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or cook in a pan on medium heat for 10 minutes
Step 3
In a bowl, combine 2 Tbsp melted butter, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, and 1 Tbsp chipotle powder Once the shrimp are cooked, add to a bowl along with the butter mixture. Stir until fully combined
Step 4
Top with parsley (Optional)

Pasta

Step 5
In a blender, combine 1 Cup cottage cheese, 1/2 Cup Parmesan cheese, garlic clove, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Blend until completely smooth. You might need to shake the blender cup between blends or add a few tablespoons of pasta water.
Step 6
Boil and drain a twelve (12) ounce box of protein pasta (Barilla Protein+ brand)
Step 7
Add the sauce to the drained pasta and mix together. Do not heat up the sauce because it will break under high heat
Step 8
Top the sauced pasta with 1/4 pound cooked chipotle shrimp and more Parmesan cheese
