High Protein Blueberry Baked Oats
Easy Breakfast meal prep
Recipe:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 scoops vanilla protein (I use MyProtein Iso whey)
- 2 tbsp zero cal maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 bananas
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1. Start by mixing everything in a bowl and mash it up, so the consistency is smooth and bananas aren’t chunky.
2. Grease a bread pan with oil/butter and add in your mixed oats.
3. Bake at 375 C for 40 minutes
4. Now its time to ENJOY!
