Step 1
Chop one red pepper and yellow pepper vertically
Step 2
Finely chop one onion and a tomato
Step 3
In a fry pan/IP , add 1 teaspoons of ghee
Step 4
Saute 2 vertically slit chillies with onions

Add the chopped peppers with tomatoes
Step 6
Add 1 teaspoon of garam masala, chilly powder, turmeric powder and mix well

Add the sprouts to the mixture

Add 1-2 cups of finely washed basmati rice to the mixture

Add water accordingly. 1.5:3 ratio
Step 10
Add mint leaves, salt and mix everything well
Step 11
Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes
Step 12
Ready to serve, tastes good with onion raitha
