Instructions
Step 1
Begin by dicing chicken breast in to cubes. Marinating in soy sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and 1/4 teaspoon of each seasoning (add more chili flakes if you prefer spicier)

While the chicken is marinating, make the peanut sauce by combining peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, honey, finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes and lime juice in a small bowl, and whisk
Step 3
Cook noodles or pasta according to package instructions.
Step 4
While noodles are cooking, begin cooking the chicken on a pan over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes.
Step 5
Add minced garlic and the whites of green onions, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from pan and set to the side.
Step 7
Reduce the heat to low and add the peanut sauce to the same pan, along with a third of a cup of water. Add the pasta and simmer for a few minutes.
Step 8
Add the cooked chicken to the pasta mixture and mix.
Step 9
Garnish with"greens" of the green onions
