Instructions

Step 1
Begin by cooking your bacon slices on medium heat.

While the bacon is cooking, mince 1 fresh chili to add extra flavour to your rice balls.

In a bowl, crack 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and whisk.

Once the bacon is fully cooked, chop into smaller pieces.
Step 5
In the same pan, pour in your egg mixture (low to medium heat) With a spatula, mix and separate the egg as it cooks. Smash into smaller pieces once it's fully cooked.
Step 6
In a large bowl, add 200g of cooked rice. Add the bacon, eggs, chili, along with 1.5 Tbsp of soy sauce and 1.5 Tbsp of mayonnaise.

Wear plastic gloves and smash and crinkle a packet of roasted seaweed. Mix everything gently.
