Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them in smaller cubes
Step 2
Add to big pot and cover with water, about two fingers above them. Add salt. After the water started boiling, make sure they are on medium heat, and check after 5 min. They have to be cooked, but still harder.
Step 3
Put 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pan and heat. Add the bacon and fry until almost done, then add the onion.
Step 4
Once the onion is soft, not fried or burnt, add the potatoes, salt, pepper, paprika. Mix gently sk the potatoes don’t get broken. Fry for 2-3 minutes so they get a golden crust.
Step 5
Add the parsley at the end and mix. All done
