1 tspvanilla extract

60ggluten free flour

1 tablespoonbaking powder

35galmond flour

Instructions
The dough
Step 1
Preheat the oven at 200°C
Step 2
Chop the dates in small fine pieces then beat the egg with the dates and the banana.
Step 3
Add the milk, oil and vanilla extract and mix well. Then, sift the flour and the baking powder so there are no lumps.
Step 4
Finally add the almond flour and the carrot and mix it all.
Making Caramel
Step 5
Spread 15g of sugar on the mold bottom portions or the whole lote if using a large molde and add a few walnuts and raisins too.
Platting
Step 6
Fill up the molde portions to the half with the dough and add the rest of walnuts and raisins evenly. Top up the portions with the rest of the dough.
Step 7
Spread 8g of a mix of cinnamon and sugar on top of the cakes.
Baking
Step 8
Put the molde into the preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 175°C, check for readiness.
