Instructions

Step 1
Saute onions, carrots, cabbage in butter or oil. Add stock and some until tender crisp. Add qinoua, garlic, other vegetables, and optional meat. Turn up the heat and saute until browned to your taste. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with cheese and allow to melt.
