Step 1
First, mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Then add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix everything well. Pour the batter into a 20cm loaf pan and bake the lemon cake at 180 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for about 40 minutes.
Step 2
After baking, top as desired with powdered sugar, icing, or yogurt, for example.
