Step 1
In a bowl combine soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, ginger paste, vegetable/ sesame oil, corn starch, garlic, brown sugar, beef stock, and water. Whisk well and set aside. In a large skillet over high heat add olive oil and skirt steak cook until slightly crisp and fully cooked through then add the sauce. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer until sauce thickens. Toss in steamed broccoli and cooked pasta then serve.
