Instructions

Step 1
Cook the rice following the instructions on the packet

Whilst the rice is cooking, add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chilli flakes, sugar, sesame seeds, spring onion, and crushed garlic into a microwavable container. Microwave for up to 1 minute, pausing regularly to stir. Do this until the sugar has dissolved.
Step 3
Drain the rice and put in a bowl. Add the silken tofu on top of the rice (I like to mash up the tofu with a fork). Pour the sauce you made over the tofu and rice. Serve and enjoy!
