Peri Peri Chicken Wrap
💥PERI PERI CHICKEN WRAPS💥
INGREDIENTS:
▪️CHICKEN FILLING
300 gms boneless chicken cubes
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp italian seasoning or oregano
half tsp onion powder
half tsp parsley or fresh coriander
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
2 garlic chopped
Half chopped onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup bell peppers (capsicum)
2 tbsp cream cheese
▪️Spicy Sauce :
4 tbsp mayonnaise or garlic mayo
3 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 tsp parsley or fresh coriander
Half tsp black pepper
▪️Assembling
Tortilla wraps (4-5)
Lettuce chopped
Fries
METHOD :
Marinate the chicken with all the mentioned spices, salt juice and 2 tsp oil.
In a pan add oil, sauté garlic and onion, add chicken, cook 5-6 minutes,add tomatoe paste, bell peppers and cream cheese. Cook 4-5 min and the filling is ready.
Take a tortilla, add chicken filings, lettuce, fries, spicy sauce, wrap it tightly, grill or heat the wraps for 4-5 mins from all the sides and they are ready. ENJOY!!
